At AMP, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe is as effortless as wearing our latest collection.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your AMP account and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your unique authorization code.
Pack Your Items
Place the original, unworn items back into their shipping box and include the printed return slip provided in your digital confirmation.
Affix the Label
Download and print our pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
